學生須知 Information for Students

1. 請假須知:

a. 學生如需請病假，家長必須主動致電或WhatsApp通知中心職員。如欲申請補堂，必須提交請假當天的病假紙、到診紙或醫生處方之藥物照片，否 則會被視作缺席處理並將不獲補堂。

b. 學生如需請事假，家長必須於上堂至少三天前致電或WhatsApp通知中心職員。如欲申請補堂，必須於上堂至少三天前向中心職員請假，否則會被 視作缺席處理並將不獲補堂。

c. 即日請假會被視作缺席處理並將不獲補堂。


2. 因應請假的補堂須知:

a. 在任何情況下，所有課堂不設順延。

b. 家長須主動致電或WhatsApp中心職員，為合資格的學生預約補堂。

c. 補堂日子必須於請假後兩星期內完成，而補堂的日子及時間必然是恆常班以外的時間。

d. 家長須主動與中心職員安排補堂事宜，否則會被取消補堂資格。

e. 被取消的補堂亦不會退款。

f. 在任何情況下，確認補堂日子及時間後恕不接受更改。如學生未能如期出席補堂，該課堂則會被視作缺席處理並將不獲補回。


3. 惡劣天氣下之課堂安排及補堂須知:

a. 紅色暴雨警告訊號、黑色暴雨警告訊號、八號或以上的風球正在懸掛或教育局宣布停課時，所有課堂將會被取消。除功課輔導班之外，其他課堂均 獲安排補堂。所有課堂不設順延，學生必須於一星期內補堂，否則不獲補回。

b. 紅色暴雨警告訊號、黑色暴雨警告訊號、八號或以上的風球除下後，課程會跟據教育局宣布復課後，如常進行。

c. 黃色暴雨警告訊號或三號風球正在懸掛時，所有課堂會如常進行。

d. 因惡劣天氣下所取消的課堂均不設順延，學生必須於一星期內補堂，否則不獲補回。被取消的補堂亦不會退款。
